Please carefully read the terms and conditions around Killer Whales, Applications, Pitch Portal, Leaderboard and Wildcard, which also includes Projects.

Pitch Portal is a platform designed to showcase projects in an engaging way. Each project will have equal opportunities to give information about themselves through the website application form. Each project’s success will be linked to the leaderboard and voting mechanism. Projects can engage their communities to show support through the platform directly.

Pitch Portal & Leaderboard T&Cs

• Treat everyone involved with respect, including other projects,

• Abide by local governing laws (where applicable),

• Are held responsible for any misinformation,

• Provide true and correct information,

• Alert the HELLO Labs team immediately of any project changes including information, graphics, or any other changes or updates made after your application has been submitted, and

• Be over the age of 18 years old

Wildcard and/or Project T&Cs (As above, plus)

• You must place in the top 3 on the Pitch Portal leaderboard,

• You must be eligible to enter the United States, specifically travel to and from Los Angeles, California,

• You will be responsible for flights, travel and accommodation,

• You have legal responsibility over the project or legal involvement within,

• You are prepared with a valid and recent legal opinion when requested,

• The final verdict is at the discretion of the production team,

• You are prepared to hold multiple interviews with different teams, and

• You will be truthful in the information you supply us during the application stage and beyond

Terms and Conditions

By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.

Eligibility	By submitting this application, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth by the producers of the TV show. This includes age restrictions, residency requirements, and any other criteria specified in the application guidelines. These guidelines could be subject to change at any time during the application.
Submission Deadline & Data	All applications must be submitted by the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be considered. You certify that all information provided in this application is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the selection process.
Release of Likeness	By participating in the TV show, you grant the producers the right to use your name, likeness, voice, and any materials submitted for promotional and marketing purposes related to the show.
Confidentiality	You agree to keep confidential any information shared with you during the selection process or while participating in the show that is not publicly disclosed by the producers.
Selection Process	The selection of participants is at the sole discretion of the producers. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee participation in the show.
Commitment	If selected, you agree to participate in all aspects of the show as required, including filming schedules, rehearsals, and promotional activities.
Code of Conduct	You agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the show, as outlined by the producers. This includes behavior standards, ethical guidelines, and any other directives provided.
Prize and Compensation	Participation in the show does not guarantee any prize or compensation.
Indemnification	You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the producers, sponsors, and affiliated entities from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the show.
Modification of Terms	The producers reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants as appropriate.
