HELLO Labs
HELLO Labs (HELLO Holdings Inc. as "HELLO") hosts multiple platforms that covers different areas of use. The following governs the use of these, including; media content, platforms, website, financial mediation services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use these Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Nature of Services
a. Media and Entertainment Content: Including podcasts, videos, blogs, events, and digital content.
b. Financial Mediation and Educational Services: We may provide introductions, educational content, and general information regarding financial topics, but we do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.
All financial-related content is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult with a licensed financial advisor or legal professional before making any financial or investment decisions.
Use of Services
a. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes.
b. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Services without written permission.
c. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including where any wallet connections have occurred.
Intellectual Property (IP)
All content, including text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, and designs, is the property of HELLO Labs or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent. You may use specific content that is shared directly from HELLO as "community open avenues". You agree not to abuse this content.
User Content
If you submit, upload, or share content (comments, media, community posts), you grant HELLO Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our Services.
You are responsible for any content you provide and must ensure it does not infringe on the rights of others or violate applicable laws.
Financial Disclaimer
HELLO Labs is not a financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary. Any financial-related discussions, media, or mediation services provided through our platform are for general informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or outcomes of any financial information or third-party services.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
Payments, Fees and Subscriptions
HELLO Labs may include or be associated with fees when using our services, this includes but is not limited to; entertainment (games, shows), financial mediation, tokens, platforms, subscriptions, and services.
We reserve the right to update, change, edit, add or remove fee structures as financial climates change. We will continue to adapt our strategies to ensure the longevity of the company and the protection of investors interests. If you purchase paid content, memberships, or event access, all payments are subject to our pricing terms at the time of purchase. Due to the nature of the sales, HELLO Labs cannot issue refunds on any of its services offered.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice if you violate these Terms.
No Warranties
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the creators, sponsors, partners, and all affiliated entities from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from using our Services.
Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of the Services means you accept the revised Terms.
Pitch Portal
Pitch Portal is a platform designed to showcase projects in an engaging way. Each project will have equal opportunities to give information about themselves through the website application form. Each project’s success will be linked to the leaderboard and voting mechanism. Projects can engage their communities to show support through the platform directly.
Pitch Portal & Leaderboard T&Cs
Treat everyone involved with respect, including other projects,
Abide by local governing laws (where applicable),
Are held responsible for any misinformation,
Provide true and correct information,
Alert the HELLO Labs team immediately of any project changes including information, graphics, or any other changes or updates made after your application has been submitted, and
Be over the age of 18 years old
Wildcard and/or Project T&Cs (As above, plus)
You must place in the top 3 on the Pitch Portal leaderboard,
You must be eligible to enter the United States, specifically travel to and from Los Angeles, California,
You will be responsible for flights, travel and accommodation,
You have legal responsibility over the project or legal involvement within,
You are prepared with a valid and recent legal opinion when requested,
The final verdict is at the discretion of the production team,
You are prepared to hold multiple interviews with different teams, and
You will be truthful in the information you supply us during the application stage and beyond
Terms and Conditions
By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.
Eligibility
By submitting this application, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth by the producers of the TV show. This includes age restrictions, residency requirements, and any other criteria specified in the application guidelines. These guidelines could be subject to change at any time during the application.
Submission Deadline & Data
All applications must be submitted by the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
You certify that all information provided in this application is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the selection process.
Release of Likeness
By participating in the TV show, you grant the producers the right to use your name, likeness, voice, and any materials submitted for promotional and marketing purposes related to the show.
Confidentiality
You agree to keep confidential any information shared with you during the selection process or while participating in the show that is not publicly disclosed by the producers.
Selection Process
The selection of participants is at the sole discretion of the producers. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee participation in the show.
Commitment
If selected, you agree to participate in all aspects of the show as required, including filming schedules, rehearsals, and promotional activities.
Code of Conduct
You agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the show, as outlined by the producers. This includes behavior standards, ethical guidelines, and any other directives provided.
Prize and Compensation
Participation in the show does not guarantee any prize or compensation.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the producers, sponsors, and affiliated entities from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the show.
Modification of Terms
The producers reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants as appropriate.
If you are having issues with voting, please try the following steps:
Check that your network is set correctly in your wallet.
Check that you have sufficient funds for gas fees for each network.
Disable any VPN or network altering software.
If using X related votes, try login first on your device, then connect through the profile page.
